Kristina and Karissa first came to the Botched Clinic in 2015 when Playboy alumni and sisters of Girl Next Door, Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. After the surgery went wrong, Paul Nassif asked for help in repairing their breasts and nose.
During their time on the show, it was noticed that after being stabbed, they didn’t look alike anymore. They explained that they had been criticized for their “small breasts” and nose, which was why they had the surgery.
They went on to say that their nose was “pumpkin carved” during the procedure, which is why they needed an E! doctor. The siblings, who moved into the Playboy mansion in 2008, wanted to fit in since they were kids.
Due to insecurities, they were sent to what they now call a “clone machine” (plastic surgery they had previously attended), resulting in their then “pinched nose” appearance, which they felt looked too fake.
